Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 states of the Unites States and Canada. As a general policy shipping is a free service. For shipments to Canada a Can$11.00 international shipping fee will apply. If a shipping fee does apply to a specific product it will be noted in the product information details. Shipments will typically be sent utilizing standard or economy ground shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, or Unites States Postal Service. Other types of shipping services may be utilized for special is situations as needed. Items damaged or misplaced by shipping carriers will be replaced or reimbursed by Charmed Paisley and/or the carrier.
