Vintage black evening bag with twisted handle

Darling felt bag with a twisted handle attached by wire hooks. The top does not close. The twisting toggle does not work. The inside has black material and is a grosgrain material. It also has a small pocket with an accordian larger pocket inside. This would be a darling gift for a little girl who loves to dress up and carry around make up. Would also be darling for vintage photos.
